DB2 Developer's Guide Tops Book Poll

I learned of some good news today. Evidently my DB2 book, DB2 Developer’s Guide, recently won the favorite book poll conducted by IBM Database Magazine (formerly DB2 Magazine) a couple of months ago… and it won by a substantial margin.

Thanks to everyone who voted for my book… I appreciate your support.

Craig - I am sure this book deserves this spot. I am one among the big community greatly benifited out of this book. We would request you to keep upgrade the book with the latest enhancements with DB2 on zOS.

Probably won't be a new edition of the book until Vnext (which should be V10).

I'm thinking about splitting the book into two books:
1) focusing on development, programming and SQL and;
2) focusing on DBA, sysprog, and system administration

What do folks think of that? Or do you still want it all in one big (and getting bigger) book?

I am eagerly waiting for DB29 updated edition. Also splitting the book into 2 is a good idea.

I still want 2C your best all-in-1 huge book rather than a lot of small books
